Most frequent questions and answers

Unless your problem is related to software or motherboard you should not lose any data during your repair. For example, you would not lose any data while having a screen replacement. However, this cannot be guaranteed as other issues can arise during a repair so we always recommend backing up your data before bringing it in for repair. We not wipe/factory reset devices.

We use the best quality parts possible and we back that statement up with a warranty on every repair. Warranties range from 3 month to 12 month. Each repair will have a different warranty period so please ask us for the warranty info relating to your repair. 

At the time of writing this we are currently in a second lockdown and due to go back to tier system post lockdown 2. Booking procedures may change in the future. To book a repair please either call, email or message us on Facebook. 

We currently accept Cash, Bank Transfer or PayPal (3.4% fee) 

Repair time would vary depending on the type of repair. iPhone screen replacements can be completed within an hour. PC/Laptop repair services can be the same day. If your part is not in stock we may ask for a deposit so you can keep your phone while your part is being delivered to us. Once the part arrives we can complete the repair the same day. 

We are located at 205 City Road, Sheffield, S2 5HF. We are between Granville Rd and City Road Post Office, opposite MR T’s and T&G’s Sandwich shop. 
We have 24hr free parking available on the side (manor laith rd).
